About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable team member to support both operations and social media. Your main focus will be on ensuring smooth day-to-day tasks--managing stock, packing orders, assisting customers, and helping out in small ways with content creation, such as basic editing or occasional behind-the-scenes support. No need to be highly creative--just a team player with a good sense of responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

Fulfil online and walk-in customer orders Organize and arrange stocks (no heavy lifting) Update inventory system and manage restocks Maintain boutique cleanliness and product display Assist boutique customers with purchases Support product launches Assist in simple product content creation Reply to customer messages Assist in photoshoots if needed

What We're Looking For:

Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized Eager to learn Minimum SPM or equivalent (fresh grads are welcome) No experience needed - training will be provided
