Position Overview

The

Operations Assistant

will support the Operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient daily business activities. This role involves overseeing operational processes, assisting with store management, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting data and administrative functions. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in operations management, and retail coordination within a dynamic lifestyle brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Help monitor inventory levels and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support data collection, analysis, and report preparation for management. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Handle documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and operational records. Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Operations department.

Store & Inventory Management

Manage day-to-day store operations. Oversee

inventory management

, including stock receiving, transfers, and tracking. Ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, and store cleanliness. Assist with

stock audits

, restocking, and reporting discrepancies. Coordinate with the Operations team to plan and execute product movements or replenishments. Support promotional setups and ensure consistency in brand presentation across stores.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in

Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Marketing

, or a related field. Minimum

1 year of working experience

in operations, retail, or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong

organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

. Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
