-Update the daily Schedule / Planning report for import oil based on the latest ETA / new sales / shipment changes.
-Monitor shipment status, track deliveries and update records.
-Contact and communicate with forwarders and shipping companies to confirm shipping schedules & documentation for booking and delivery of the shipment.
2 Daily documentation & compliance -
-Follow up the vessel documents for import such (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading etc.)
-Assist with customs clearance and paperwork and coordinating with the warehouse for loading and unloading.
-Check and file all shipping documents properly and maintain detailed records of all shipping documents and transactions in the system.
-Checking all the import vendor and forwarding invoices and to submit and liaise with Finance on payment.
3 Risk Management
- Address any import cargo damage issues by initiating insurance claims and following up diligently to resolve matters promptly.
-Proactively communicate with shipper to identify and resolve any delivery issues on transit.
-Communicate agent to truck out all container from port within the time frame as to avoid D&D charges
4 SAP
- Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system such ETA / Free time / container status and saved all the original import certificates.
5 Import Purchase Order
- Prepare the Purchase contract & SI and get the Sales Contract in return with acknowledged on the terms and condition from supplier.
6 To support any ad hoc duties and other operations
-related responsibilities when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
