- Morning Session -- 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Afternoon Session -- 5:30PM - 2:30AM
- Manage daily driver schedules.
- Coordinate with customers for bookings and special requests.
- Monitor driver performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting.
- Assist in emergency situations (e.g. vehicle breakdown).
