Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and internal processes ?Prepare and handle documentation such as delivery orders, and reports ?Monitor and update inventory or stock records ?Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners when necessary ?Support operations team in planning, scheduling, and follow-ups ?Handle general administrative duties and data entry ?Ensure proper filing and organization of operational records

Requirements:



1-2 years of working experience in operations or administrative support Basic knowledge of office procedures and operations workflow ?Good communication and coordination skills ?Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines ?Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese is an advantage) ?Possess driving license is a must (job involves outdoor tasks or logistics support) Male candidates are preferred due to the physical demands/nature of the role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
