We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Operations Assistant
to support the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and filing systems.
Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle data entry, tracking, and inventory updates (if applicable).
Assist in planning, scheduling, and follow-up on operational activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in Credit / Koperasi Industries is an advantages
