Customer Services for receiving manual applications
Follow-up calls and emails for PLKS entry within 3 months

Managing passports received from Transit Centre and JIM
Processing Fomema appeal
Handling Check out memo
Processing 1st year work permit
Assisting with inquiries at the counter and phone calls
