Requirements

• Must possess at least completed SPM or Diploma preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Computer literate and detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
• Possess initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Looking for a stable and permanent job
• Must possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Report and assist the superior in completing the daily task as required
• Assist the superior in performing the store audit and prepare the review or records
• Assisting the manager in the execution of new outlet opening
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Perform data entry
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
