Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the front desk
Answering and addressing inquiries from patients
Responding to questions and resolving complaints.
Answering the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner and using proper telephone etiquette
Registering new and existing patients, and updating patient demographics by collecting detailed information
Scheduling appointments for new and follow-up patients based on consultant availability.
Facilitating patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrivals, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
Calling patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and assisting them in scheduling appointments
Responding to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
Protecting patient confidentiality by ensuring that protected health information is secured, not leaving patient folders in plain sight, and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable at all times.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
