Job Description

Job Summary:



Supports daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, monitoring workflows, preparing documentation, and assisting in problem-solving to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Administrative & Documentation



Prepare and update operational reports, delivery records, and filing of related documents. Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and job sheets. Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Update and track inventory or shipment details in the system.

2. Coordination & Communication



Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, or customers to follow up on orders, deliveries, or service issues. Escalate operational issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.

3. Operational Support



Support daily operations such as scheduling deliveries, monitoring work progress, and assisting in resource planning. Assist in handling inbound and outbound processes (if in logistics/warehouse). Ensure operational procedures comply with company policies and safety standards.

4. Reporting & Data Management



Compile data for performance reports and KPI tracking. Identify process bottlenecks and provide feedback for improvement. Support implementation of new systems or process improvements.

5. General Support



Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Executive or Manager. Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field. At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operational roles (fresh graduates may also apply). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
