Assist Operation Executive in coordinating and supervising warehouse manpower assigned to the client site.
Act as communication link between client representatives and company workers on daily work instructions or updates.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance at the warehouse.
Prepare and update daily/weekly manpower reports, attendance lists and overtime records.
Support in arranging worker transportation and shift scheduling.
Handle worker hostel management, including check-in/out, cleanliness and maintenance coordination.
Assist in resolving worker-related issues such as absenteeism, welfare or conduct matters.
Ensure workers comply with client site safety and operational requirements.
Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding and documentation submission for new workers.
Liaise with HR/Admin for payroll, medical or disciplinary matters.
Support Operations Executive in any other administrative or site coordination duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification Requirements;
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field.
1-3 years of working experience in operations, manpower coordination or site administration (preferably in logistics or warehouse environment).
Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
Good coordination and communication skills (Malay and basic English)
Able to interact effectively with workers and client representatives
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and attendance tracking)
Knowledge of hostel or manpower management is an advantage.
Able to handle multiple task and work under minimal supervision.
Possess own transport and willing to travel between office to warehouse and hostel locations when required.

Able to work independently and in a team.
Flexible to work extended hours, weekends or on-call during manpower emergencies.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic salary range: RM2,200-RM2,500
Travel allowance: RM200 per month
Annual performance bonus and yearly increment (depending on company performance and appraisal)
