Preferably Supervisor level specialized in Food/Beverages/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Must be able to speak and write English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Own transports will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Operation Manger to create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational processes
Assist in the preparation, organization, and management of necessary paperwork and documentation related to daily operations, including inventory management, employees schedules, and vendor communications
Support staff training on SOPs and processes
Collaborate with various departments for seamless communication
