Monitor the company's daily operations (systems, operational sites, security, logistics, etc.).
Be ready to respond immediately (24-hour standby) to emergencies or operational disruptions outside office hours.
Coordinate corrective actions when incidents occur (breakdowns, complaints, emergencies).
Liaise with supervisors, vendors, or relevant parties during unforeseen situations.
Prepare incident reports and shift reports.
Ensure SOPs are adhered to at all times during operations.
Perform additional duties as directed by management from time to time.
Important Note:
"24-hour standby" does not mean working continuously for 24 hours, but being ready to be called in to work according to schedule or operational requirements.
Criteria / Qualifications:
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification (Diploma/Skills Certificate in a related field is an advantage).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, technical, security, logistics, IT, facilities, or related fields (if applicable).
Candidates without experience may be considered depending on operational needs.
Preference given to single male candidates. If married, must be able to fully commit time and focus to work when required.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to work independently and make basic decisions in emergency situations.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / relevant operating systems).
Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to be on standby mode according to operational needs.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Willing to be stationed at operational sites or different locations.
No criminal record (if the role involves security).
