Job Description

Handle daily container gate-in and gate-out documentation. Coordinate with customers, hauliers, shipping lines, and internal teams regarding container movement and status. Ensure accuracy of container details (container number, seal number, damage report, size/type, condition). Maintain filing and record-keeping of all depot documents. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to depot operations.

Requirements



Diploma in any field

(Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage). Experience in depot, logistics, or shipping industry preferred (fresh graduates are welcomed). Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word). Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work rotating shifts (if required).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
