Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Business Studies or Production Operation Management. Conversant with SAGE 50/Sage UBS and MSO 365.
Responsibilities:

Plan the incoming of purchased goods and the completeness of production items accordingly so that the delivery to customers can be made during the contractual term at the most effective QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery). Liaise with purchasing and production personnel to ensure successful achievement of plan. Prepare documentation for application for exemption on sales tax, duty import and other customs incentives. Arrange for products delivery as per delivery schedule in compliance to the contractual term, company's policies and procedures and other regulatory requirement. Post transactions into SAGE50/UBS Stock System on a timely manner and reconcile transactions on a periodical basis so as to preserve accuracy, reliability and integrity of the operation stock information system. Resolve customer's issues such as rejects, returns, replacements and execute the necessary corrective action

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
