Position : Operation Coordinator

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tenure: Outsource Contract with Agency

Remuneration: Up to RM3500

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Answering Customer training requests via email, phone

\xc2\xb7 Creation of weekly reports in XLS

\xc2\xb7 Over time co-ordination to Finance group

\xc2\xb7 Expense claim submission to Finance group

\xc2\xb7 Ordering office stationeries and pantry supplies

\xc2\xb7 LOA and Account Creation for Sales Team (MY, HK, Macau, Indonesia, Mongolia and Philippines)

\xc2\xb7 General Invoicing

\xc2\xb7 Import & Export logistics handling when needed

\xc2\xb7 As needed activities (e.g. premises agreement renewal)

Requirements:

  • Computer Literate
  • Strong English Communication Skills
  • Time management
  • Customer Communication
