Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or coordinator role, preferably in a factory, hotel or similar environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and other relevant tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Address and resolve performance issues
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials, placing orders as needed.
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Conduct quality control checks and audits to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
