Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any field)
• Minimum 1 year of working experience is an advantage
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with crane operators
• Update attendance records for crane and operator staff
• Maintain and track maintenance records
• Assist in sourcing daily replacement operators
• Prepare reports on crane operator disciplinary issues
• Liaise with clients regarding queries, problems, breakdowns, documents, safety, and complaints
• Handle trip/mobilization plans and maintenance for Low Loader Drivers
• Monitor and track company documents such as OYK, road tax, and insurance to ensure timely renewal
• Support the Operation Manager in day-to-day coordination and operational management
