If you are excited about a role but don\'t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a Director,Molding Operations located in Flex Skudai.Reporting to the General Manager the Director,Molding Operations role is responsible to to manage the entire Molding Operation which including of provide strategic direction, drive operation improvement and safety initiatives, deliver the molding operation KPIs & build effective molding talent and succession plan to support the business needs.What a typical day looks like:

• Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost
• Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
• Meet with Executive Business at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers.
• Partner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals.
• Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.
• responsible to define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives.
• Attend to internal and external business meeting, address customer concerns, provide solutions to the day to day issues
• Lead the overall span of molding operations here in Skudai with

250 IMMs (100 \xe2\x80\x93 500 tons),
800 DL headcounts and a process engineering team of
60 IDL headcounts. * This role also covering the scope of managing and leading the painting operations with 6 spray booths,20 tampo machines,
200 DL headcounts and
20 IDL headcounts. * Total active tools on site are2000 units and these tools from customer are highly complicated and challenging and required extensive knowledge, experiences to be able to successful in this operation.The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training plus a minimum of 8 years of management experience. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s or MBA degree is preferred.
• Ability to identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems.
• Able to utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, continuously striving to improve value.
• Possesses strong business acumen and proven ability to improve key financial results.
• Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Good plastics molding and spray painting experiences
• Tooling repair and modification
• Molding capacity analysis
• Responsible for P&L
