About the Role

We're growing and looking for reliable

Operation Drivers

to handle deliveries, on-site setup, and light operations for corporate events, cafeterias, and private functions. If you enjoy being on the road, meeting people, and keeping things moving on time--this is for you.

What You'll Do

Drive & Deliver:

Safely transport food, equipment, and supplies to event sites (vans/MPVs/1-ton).

Load/Unload:

Carry GN pans, Cambro carriers, melamine ware, and small equipment (up to ~25kg).

On-Site Setup:

Assist with buffet layout, basic styling, signages, beverage dispensers, and simple reheating/holding.

Operate to SOP:

Follow Halal, Food Safety (ISO22000/HACCP/GMP) and hygiene standards at all times.

Vehicle Care:

Keep vehicle clean, perform basic checks, report maintenance issues.

Customer Service:

Be punctual, courteous, and solution-oriented at client sites.

Team Assist:

Support operations team before/after events (loading bay, store, returns, washing area coordination).
What We're Looking For

Valid Malaysian driving licence (Class D).

GDL is an advantage but not required for smaller vehicles.

Clean driving record

and safe driving habits.

Physically fit

to lift/carry up to ~25kg and handle stairs/ramps.

Familiar with Klang Valley routes

and comfortable using Waze/Google Maps.

Punctual, honest, and dependable

--you take pride in being on time and prepared.

Basic Bahasa Malaysia/English

for client and team communication. Able to work

early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

(rotating shifts/OT).

Right to work in Malaysia.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in

catering/events/logistics

. Basic knowledge of

food handling & hygiene

(training provided). Forklift/warehouse exposure is a plus.
Shifts & Schedule

Rotating schedules based on event timings. Typical windows include

early AM dispatch, mid-day turnover, evening returns

.

Overtime/allowances

for extended event days. Part-time: choose from

pre-assigned shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,009.97 - RM4,527.14 per month

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
