Opportunity to work with the leadership team to implement continuous improvement at a rapidly growing organisation.

The Operation Excellence Manager will be the focal point for overall Warehouse improvement activities. This person will be working closely with the leadership team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• To implement Operation Excellence Strategy and framework
• Identifying KPI for the dept on improvement and performance gap
• Work closely with the regional operations team to ensure best practices are implement
• Ability to identify initiatives value proposition with procurement team to ensure good reception
• Monitor operation dashboard to provide monthly strategic and Business Units operation initiatives report
• Maintain great network with the Operation Excellence resources from the other market and to also share current initiatives while leveraging on the resources of team.
• Leading implementation and maintenance of the 5s Housekeeping Program

Work in a top tier company in the industry|Ability to help drive growth, change management & continuous improvement

• At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply chain or any related field
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fast learner to coach the team on lean concepts
• Strong Analytical skill to identify problems and solves accurately
• Proficient in SAP, WMS
