Summary of Job Scope & Main Tasks
- Guest Service & Quality - Oversee check-in/out processes, handle escalated complaints, manage VIP services, ensure cleanliness and readiness of rooms/public areas.
- Department Coordination - Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance F&B, Maintenance, and Security; conduct daily briefings; ensure SOP compliance.
- Staff Management - Assist in recruitment, training, scheduling, and monitoring performance; maintain staff morale.
- Operational Monitoring - Track occupancy, ADR, and guest feedback; prepare performance reports; ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Inventory & Assets - Manage stock levels, approve supply requisitions, oversee equipment maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
