Tanggungjawab
  • Organize and advance the payment system to ensure the accurate and timely processing of all transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve any payment-related issues, such as chargebacks or refunds.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with payment partners, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to address payment-related issues and enhance the overall payment experience for customers.
  • Determine high-risk transactions and respond timely to mitigate potential losses by placing holds, restricting accounts, and recommending closures of account transactions.
  • Performing evaluation of transaction risk and follow-up actions such as liaison with the customer and payment institutions for further verification
  • Conducting research to understand the market needs and targeted audience.
  • Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies and industry best practices in the payment gateway sector.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in payment systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to conceptualize and develop new payment gateway solutions.
  • Establish partnerships with external technology providers and industry experts to leverage their expertise and foster collaboration in development of new payment solutions.
  • Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management.
  • Ensure all meetings are conducted successfully
  • Research and apply on different country payment method / payment gateway
  • Manage system, payment gateway, reply inquiry
