Responsible for daily administrative duties for the Operations Department
Prepare staff duty rosters and
timesheets in advance
Update Operations Staff and Guards' attendance on a
daily / weekly basis
Prepare and submit
end-of-month timesheets
and attendance records
Prepare monthly operational documentation, including:
Salary deduction listings
Penalty listings
Attendance records
Other relevant operation-related reports
Prepare and manage documentation for guards relating to operational matters and requirements
Liaise and cooperate with various departments to coordinate operational matters
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Management
or related field
Required languages:
Bahasa Malaysia and English
Minimum
1 year of working experience
in a related field
Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply
Experience working in a
security services company
will be an added advantage
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
