- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Having the ability to bring efficiency to business operations.
- Analyse key operations performance indicators to determine if operations are effective.
- Communicating with executives and upper management regularly.
- Making sure the compliance with laws and regulations.
- Overseeing resource allocation including recruiting.
- Managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Familiar to immigration things, JTK documents and renewal permit is an advantage.
- Events or trips for team building.
