Job Description

Operation executive is responsible to plan, organize and monitor day-to-day operational matters. They work to bridge management and ground operation team in ensuring execution is aligned to management direction. Operation Executive contributes to the vital operation planning, data collection and operation process improvement.

JOB SCOPE

Operation Executive will monitor the following key of operations:

(a) Fleet & transport operation management

i. Manage fleet documentation (PUSPAKOM, Roadtax & Insurance, Fuel & TnG consumption)

ii. Manage fleet repair & maintenance (scheduled, unplanned)

iii. Manage daily operation transport plan

iv. Maintain transport route plan, P2P configuration

v. Assist, provide support to drivers daily operation issue

vi. Management report:

- Monthly drivers trip summary

- Organize monthly drivers meeting

vii. Assist on day-to-day operation ad-hoc/crissis

(b) Ground Operation management

i. Site visit to monitoring on:

- Manpower: Headcount fullfilment

- Machine: Machineries coordination, impriovement

- Material: Staff PPE and compliance

-Methods: Ensure SOP compliance among on-site staff

(c) Property & Facilities Management

i. Hostel management

- Tenant enrollment

- Manage scheduled hostel 5S

REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Bachelor degree in any Engineering field Experience in fleet management and documentation Experience in property management Proven operation planning is an advantage Proven Excel & Google Sheet Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
