Job Description


  • SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.

ResponsibilitiesHere are the key responsibilities and duties typically associated with the role:
  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Collaborating with the production planning team to develop production schedules and ensure that resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials are effectively allocated to meet production targets.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously reviewing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs. This may involve implementing Lean manufacturing principles or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing quality control measures throughout the production process. This includes conducting inspections, implementing corrective actions, and addressing any quality issues that arise.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure that production is not disrupted due to shortages or excess inventory. Implementing inventory control measures to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure that production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and serviced to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards within the production facility. Implementing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Team Management: Leading and supervising production teams to ensure that production targets are met safely and efficiently. Providing guidance, training, and support to production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving production-related issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner to prevent disruptions to production schedules. Implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to address root causes of problems.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating production reports and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance production processes, streamline operations, and drive overall performance improvements.
