Mandarin Speaker Only (Required for China market dealings)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and admin teams.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure SOP compliance.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transporters for timely delivery.
Identify and solve operational issues, improving efficiency.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
No experience required -- SPM and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in operations/logistics will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Must be a Mandarin speaker
to liaise with China-based partners.
Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Saturday: 9.00 am - 3.00 pm
