Job description
Addressing client needs and concerns, handling client complaints, and maintaining positive relationship with clients.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in person.
Support the operations team in daily activities and special projects.
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures and policies.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and assignments.
Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Acts as a liaison between the company and its clients.
Able to receive and comply with company instructions and corrective feedback.
Job requirement
Candidate must possess minimum at least SPM.
2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
Proficient in English and Malay
Proactive mindset, meticulous approach, and effective team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
