A. Operations (B2C / B2E / B2G / OTA - Online Customers)
Respond promptly to enquiries received through the company website, corporateportals, government portals, and other e-commerce platforms.
Manage booking processes, including confirmations, amendments, cancellations,and related customer support.
Monitor real-time bookings, inventory, and supplier updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Uphold service quality standards by delivering timely responses and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle GDS (Global Distribution System) bookings, including Sabre, Amadeus and Travelport (training will be provided).
B. B2B Support (Travel Agents & amp; Group Bookings)
Manage enquiries and booking requests from registered travel agents.
Handle FIT and GIT bookings with efficiency and accuracy, with guidance and support from the SSD team as needed.
Coordinate and support group booking requests, liaising with internal teams and suppliers to meet client requirements.
Facilitate communication for special requirements and ensure smooth execution of group travel arrangements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners through professional and reliable service delivery.
