We are seeking an experienced and driven Operation Executive to lead our operations in Gelang Patah (SILC). Overseeing the marketing department & operations of a canteen, which includes weekly staff monitoring, overseeing food preparation and service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and supplies, and handling financial transactions such as cash collection and paying invoices.
Responsibilities:
1) Oversee daily canteen operations and foreign worker's matters
- New Applications for foreign workers
- Short term local workers
- Canteen operations
- Foreign worker hostel/accommodation
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and relevant government bodies
- Prepare and provide relevant documents and reports to HQ
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the foreign worker services industry
- High level of communication ability to deal with HQ and clients
- Basic understanding of canteen & hostel business
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong business development and marketing abilities
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent, resourceful, and goal-oriented
