We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Executive, Operations

to manage day-to-day operations including weighbridge activities, logistics planning, and reporting. This role requires proven experience in

logistics, customer service, and team development

--preferably within the

palm oil industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations including weighbridge activities, bulk tanker receiving/dispatch, and CPD receiving/dispatch

Plan and manage logistics, manpower allocation, and raw material stock movement

Ensure all contracts are fulfilled and closed within the contractual timeframe

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP+FSA, and EHS standards

Coordinate weighbridge maintenance and external calibration activities

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external coordination to resolve customer/buyer issues

Manage and develop team members to improve performance, productivity, and operational excellence

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration or any relevant field

Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, logistics planning, or customer service

Experience in the palm oil industry is highly preferred

Strong in people management, customer service, planning, and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Possess own transport Willing to work in Klang or I-City Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
