1. JOB SUMMARY
The Admin Executive is responsible for handling managing tenancy-related matters, and providing administrative support to the Chairman's Office. The role covers tasks related to the agro-farm project, rental properties, and personal property management. A high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.1
Agro-Farm
Monitor and manage inventory records.
Record and report on all agro-related expenses.
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related as and when required.
1.2 House Rental Management
Monitor rental collections and ensure timely payments.
Track and report maintenance costs.
Monitor and update rental contracts.
Liaise with tenants regarding complaints, reports of tenant check-ins, and check-outs.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors for maintenance work.
Maintain tenancy agreement register and reports.
Follow up on overdue rental payments (debt collection).
Prepare documentation for audits.
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems.
1.3 Personal Property Management
Monitor the upkeep and maintenance of the Chairman's house in Johor.
Manage records and maintenance of the Chairman's vehicles in Johor.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and related as and when required.
To assist any related task related to Executive Assistant & Executive Chairman.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
