Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise and support the customer service team to maintain high service standards. Handle job scheduling, customer follow-ups, and service progress updates. Manage stock and coordinate ordering of spare parts, tools, and supplies. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management review. Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a professional work environment. Support management in staff discipline, training, and overall operation improvement. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently. Able to multitask and manage day-to-day activities efficiently. Experience in service or retail industry is an advantage.
