Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure all food preparation, hygiene, safety, and customer service SOPs are followed.
Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower during peak periods.
Resolve operational issues such as equipment breakdowns, stock shortages, or customer complaints promptly.
Conduct regular training sessions related to product standards, preparation, hygiene, and customer service.
Develop and guide outlet leaders (Supervisors) to ensure effective team management.
Monitor usage of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Check and approve stock orders according to budget and SOP.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, wastage, and cost management.
Monitor outlet sales performance and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
Prepare performance reports such as daily sales, product performance, and customer feedback.
Assist in rolling out new menu items, promotions, and operational initiatives.
Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and complies with safety requirements.
Implement corrective actions for any non-compliance found during audits.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
Compile data related to manpower usage, operational costs, and outlet performance.
