Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Min 2 years of experience in operations management or related field.
Experience with any of the Local authority (MBJB/ MBIP/ MBPG) license application, Employment pass/ visa application, foreign worker permit, HALAL, MIDA, and LMW is an added advantage.
Able to commmunicate in Mandarin.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
Willing to travel to government departments if required.
Working location: Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru.
