Re : Operation Executive (OSH)

• Develop OHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Responsible for on site service and be a leasing person with clients/ suppliers
• Perform Risk Assessments associated with tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments at the workplace.
• To promote safe conducts of work and practices and ensures that it is always observed and adhered by the relevant parties.
• To organize safety awareness campaigns, trainings, and activities.
• Plans and implements risk assessment and evaluation program and process.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.
• Ensures all ordinances or orders bearing on occupational safety, health and environmental are in compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness drills.
• To work closely with relevant authorities (DOSH/DOE/MITI/PDRM/etc.) on environmental, safety and health measures.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims.
• Prepare reports on occurrence and provide statistical information to the management.
• Assessing, analysing, and collating environmental performance data and reporting information to internal staff, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Devising the best tools and systems to monitor performance and to implement strategies and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation.
• Develop and implement of company environmental policies, plans and professional standards, meeting any changes to legal or operational requirements.

Requirements :

• Degree in OSHA Management.
• 3 to 5 years experience in safety and health field added advantage
• Own license driving and car
