Main Responsibilities:

Able to handle export and import shipments. Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost. Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage. Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation. Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight/cargo Provide updates and status reports to customers throughout the shipping process Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost. Manage backlog, analyze and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges. Being able to speak and write in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related/supporting fields pertaining to Supply Chain will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
