• You\'ll handle vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
• You\'ll analyse operational performance and recommend improvements to drive business growth and streamline execution.
• You\'ll provide support for event execution, ensuring all logistical details are handled flawlessly.
• You\'ll ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations in every project.

Responsibilities

• You\'re an operational expert, with 2-4 years of experience managing processes, timelines, and teams-preferably in the event or business industry.
• You have a keen eye for detail and can quickly spot inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows.
• You\'re proactive and solution-oriented, always finding ways to improve processes and ensure smooth execution.
• You\'re a strong communicator, working well with internal teams and external vendors to ensure everyone is aligned and deadlines are met.
• You\'re highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• You\'re adaptable and can pivot quickly to meet the changing demands of the business landscape.
• You\'ve got excellent time management skills, always ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• You\'ve strong communication skills, both in Mandarin and English, and can work with teams from diverse backgrounds.
