: OPERATION EXECUTIVES

Location:

M.M.B Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5, Jalan Penrissen

JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day planning and administration & resolve of outlet operational matters.

- Participate in audits to meet company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene and workplace safety.

- Work with outlets to resolve supply chain issues and promotional campaigns.

- Support outlets to remedy defective equipment and periodic outlet renovations.

- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating employees.

- Investigate customer complaints and propose areas of improvement.

- Take on other ad-hoc operations tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Take on other ad-hoc operations tasks as required.
Eager to learn and have good problem-solving skills
Positive mindset and a passion for providing excellent guest service
Minimum 1-year work experience in F&B industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

5 + 0.5 days work week

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
