Perform general administrative and documentation tasks, including filing, report preparation, and data management.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure proper document control.
Assist with leasing activities, including tenant coordination, lease renewals, and monitoring of rental collection and outstanding payments.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, tenant turnover reports, and other financial documents for management review.
Ensure tenants comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and address any non-compliance issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control standards.
Liaise with tenants, maintenance teams, and vendors to resolve operational and facility-related issues promptly.
Support the coordination of marketing events, promotions, and other mall activities.
Prepare periodic operational reports and assist in special projects or assignments as directed by Management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mall operations, property management, or administrative roles.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
