Job Description

Main Duties:

1.Assist in preparing for the GDPMD (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) internal audit.

2.Oversee the MDA (Medical Device Authority) registration process, including product verification and Medcast submission.

3.Support and monitor the application process for new and renewed device registrations.

4.Provide customer service for ExtraCare, handling inquiries related to machines and their maintenance.

5.Coordinate the delivery and rotation of device parts and equipment.

6.Coordinate delivery, service, maintenance, ordering of device, parts and equipment

7.Understand and able to Demonstrate device to client

8.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in medical field, preferred Pharmacist..

2. Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.

3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

4.Knowledge of procurement software and tools.

5.Analytical skills for cost analysis and market research.

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

8.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

9.Familiarity with procurement laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

10.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

11. Able to speak Mandarin

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
