Operation Executive (part Time)

Job Description

To respond, handle, resolve customer inquiries and service across different channels which include calls/emails/ in a timely manner. Carry out the daily administration tasks with efficiency and compliance with company policy, including but not limited to data entry, office supplies, office maintenance and so on. Maintain and organize office systems, including filing, record-keeping/update, and document management. To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Work Hour Options



Option 1: 4 hours / day ; 2-3 times max per week (3 months)

Option 2: 4 hours / day ; Mon - Fri (2 months)

Job Requirements



English verbal & written competency Organizational skill Detailed oriented Familiarity of common tools including Microsoft Excel / Google workspace
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Work Location: In person
