To respond, handle, resolve customer inquiries and service across different channels which include calls/emails/ in a timely manner.
Carry out the daily administration tasks with efficiency and compliance with company policy, including but not limited to data entry, office supplies, office maintenance and so on.
Maintain and organize office systems, including filing, record-keeping/update, and document management.
To perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
