Job Description

To align with the direction and objective given by the top management yearly and possess a positive attitude to achieve the direction given. A team player and collaborator that work closely with various department to ensure that project is on schedule within scope and budget Well verse in overall project planning, coordination, implementation, control & completion. (Trade shows & Event Management). To monitor and keep track on the show allocation from top management and sales team. Presents procedures, rules & regulation to those involved in the project, maintain safe, clean & productive environment. A great executioner and Pro-active in resolving issues and liaising with owner, contractor, tenant, consultants and subcontractor(s) especially on the pre Requisite requirement(s) and guideline(s) before project commencement and execution. Knowledge in conducting an induction meeting on strict adherence to safety rule(s) and regulation(s). Able to handle multiple designs and fit out activities / projects. Passion to communicate and establish client relationship, suppliers , venue owner , etc and deliver excellent customer service support. Able to work independently and able to make quick and responsive suggestion / solutions during on site period. Manage timeline and deadlines and preparations for all operations works for each assigned projects. Able to provide in depth and overall reporting and daily work progress to your immediate supervisor. Prepare realistic work schedule for each confirmed projects. Coordinating and detail documentation of for all handling projects.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
