Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily depot operations and workforce activities Able to liaise with customer via emails and convey to operation team. Prepare, manage, and update staff schedules, shift rosters, and manpower planning Supervise and support ground staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Address and help resolve staff performance, discipline, and operational issues Ensure depot operations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and SOPs Liaise with internal departments to align resources and resolve issues Maintain records and assist in basic reporting (e.g., attendance, productivity, issue logs) Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and team performance Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or higher management

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

in any field (Logistics, Business, or related fields) Strong interest in

operations, coordination, and people management

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team Proficient in

Microsoft Office

(especially Excel for scheduling and reports) Able to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Fresh graduates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply
