Job Description

/ Key Responsibilities:

Support daily operations by coordinating and monitoring workflow across departments. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates in systems and records. Monitor, update, and follow up on shipment schedules, delays, or rescheduling to ensure timely delivery. Apply and manage e-permits for import shipments to ensure regulatory compliance. Key in goods receiving transactions in SAP to ensure accurate inventory records. Possess working knowledge of SAP ERP software to support operational and inventory processes. Assist in inventory and order management. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. Provide administrative and operational support to managers and cross-functional teams. Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must possess at least 1 year of working experience in the related field required for this position. (Fresh Grad also encourage to apply) Candidate must possess at least relevant Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma / Degree Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage. Meticulous, pay to details, diligent & willing to learn. Must be a team player with good communication skills and positive working attitude. Good communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin will be an added advantage).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
