Oversee
cleaning services, pest control, and maintenance
for the premises.
Handle
repairs and insurance claims
for office equipment or assets.
Coordinate
meetings and internal/external events
, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor arrangements.
Support
new staff onboarding
, ensuring workstation readiness and asset handover.
Liaise with the
Building Committee
on maintenance and facility-related matters.
Assist in
system setup and software management
(e-Perolehan, Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Maintain and renew
insurance coverage
for company assets.
Provide
ad hoc support
to management and cross-functional teams as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant experience in office or operations management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
