Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage office

inventory, assets, and utilities

, ensuring timely procurement, accurate records, and smooth daily operations. Oversee

cleaning services, pest control, and maintenance

for the premises. Handle

repairs and insurance claims

for office equipment or assets. Coordinate

meetings and internal/external events

, including logistics, venue setup, and vendor arrangements. Support

new staff onboarding

, ensuring workstation readiness and asset handover. Liaise with the

Building Committee

on maintenance and facility-related matters. Assist in

system setup and software management

(e-Perolehan, Zoom, Microsoft Office, etc.). Maintain and renew

insurance coverage

for company assets. Provide

ad hoc support

to management and cross-functional teams as needed.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in office or operations management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting. Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
