About the job As the Operations Executive for IPC Shopping Centres, you will be responsible to support for day to day operations matter in ensuring the safety and health of the Centre on co-workers, tenants' shoppers, visitors and contractors, and overseeing over carpark daily operations to ensure running smooth. Job description Safety Operations: Key person for Safety of the Centre. Responsible, monitor and ensure compliance of Centre's 'Safety & Security Manual, internal audits, house rules and local legislations. To perform internal safety checks, tenants' inspection, identify gaps and implement corrective actions. To monitor, schedule and carry out safety & health related trainings to co-workers, tenants, contractors to secure required compliances. To monitor and assess on contractors' activities in the Centre through permit to work and continue improve on the required processes. To work with security to oversee and monitor the fire panel and ensure in good working order. Safety & Security Training To assist Assistant Safety & Security Manager in monitor, schedule and carry out safety & security related training to co-workers, service providers and tenants to ensure comply to the Ikano Safety & Security Manual and local legislation requirement and interval. To assist in managing the training and safety related documentation. Safety Briefing and Contractor Management To monitor and ensure all contractors enter to Mall are being briefed on the Company Safety & Security house rule especially emergency procedure. To carry out promo space M&E briefing and inspect the promo area to ensure comply to the requirement. Managing the contractors' safety passport management and prepare the contractor safety passport. Others To oversee the first aid related including maintaining the first aid box and automated external defibrillator. Overseen the pest control in the Centre to ensure the effectiveness of the pest control in the Centre including tenants' area. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time. Qualification Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in mall and building Safety & Security. Possess at least a Diploma in any discipline. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office applications. Possess good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Strong analytical and planning skills. Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
