Kudrat Maritime Offshore Services Sdn Bhd is a shipping & forwarding agent providing services mainly for Oil & Gas related companies. The core business is on vessel clearance, clearance of cargo, coordinating of cargo delivery and crew handling services. The Operation Executive oversee operations strategies and objectives to make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To communicate with branch offices to make sure operations run effectively as per standard operating procedure
Monitor and make sure email are attended as soon as possible
Preparation of weekly and monthly report
Keeps track on the performance of the operations of both internal and external service providers
To communicate with clients regards to their operation requirement
Support billing team to make sure all required billing supporting documents is complete
Attending operation meeting with clients as and when required
To maintain good relationship with clients operation team
To support in preparation of tender document submission
REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION
At least a Diploma in business or in a field which is quite relevant to the job role
Basic knowledge in shipping and forwarding scope of work
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Male preferred
Age between 20 to 30 years old

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
