  • Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred or SPM with 2 years working experience in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in operations or property management, preferably in co-living, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willing to work on weekends/evenings as required.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license (mandatory).

Working location: No. 42-46, Ground Floor, Jalan SS 19/1d, Ss 19, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB SUMMARY:
Operation Executive is a hands-on and detail-oriented position to oversee daily co-living operations. This role ensures tenant satisfaction, smooth property management, and high occupancy performance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple properties while achieving key operational KPIs.
SCOPE OF WORK:
1) Property & Tenant Operations
  • Conduct inspections and report all room conditions twice a month to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
  • Prepare vacant rooms to be move-in ready within the provided timeline.
  • Coordinate and oversee move-in and move-out processes (inspection, forms, and photos).
  • Prompt action in removing non-paying tenants by ensuring compliance with company procedures.
2) Tenant Retention & Experience
  • Maintain high company renewal rate and cluster renewal rate
  • Ensure high occupancy rate for assigned clusters.
  • Gather high Google reviews monthly mentioning your name as part of customer service excellence.
3) Customer Service & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring issues are addressed quickly.
  • Provide a positive tenant experience by being proactive, empathetic, and solution-driven.
  • Also any other ad-hoc tasks that assigned from time to time.
4) Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate operational reports, tenant records, and compliance forms.
  • Track occupancy, renewal rates, and service quality as part of KPI reporting.
